The hotel had lovely and clean rooms with great facilities and a comfortable bed, providing a view. The size was just perfect, and there were plenty of activities within the hotel. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, making it ideal for a family break. The location was good, very easy to find, and great for young children. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of choice and magnificent countryside views.

The hotel was a disappointment overall. The dining experience was very disappointing, with expensive and unappetizing food. The noise levels, especially on New Year's night, were unbearable, making it hard to get any rest. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we ended up paying more for having an additional person in the room compared to our friends with the same room layout.
